This is one of the best memorias in the game for both PVE and Mirrors. Ignoring the second effect, “Kyubey Knight Rides Forth” offers an amazing 25% attack up, which is more than a max ascended “I Made Friends” at 20%. This makes the memoria useful for almost every situational and a girl equipped with this will chew through targets with glee.

The “Damage After Using Charge Up” is less good as an effect, but adds to the power potential to this memoria. When equipping this memoria, you will want it on a character who benefits from the charged disk, or the character who breaks the charge chain and uses either accele of blast. This means it’s more important to use the character who breaks the charge train than the one to set it up. 

All in all this is a powerful memoria that will enhance any girl it’s used on, and is good in any situation from PVE to Mirrors to equipping on your support characters.
